LONDON: At least two people were injured as two rival groups of UK BNP locked into clash following a dispute over a newly formed committee in London on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, some leaders and activists besieged convener of the new committee MA Malek along with some journalists for a long time.
According to witnesses, MA Malek called a press conference to announce the name of members of the newly formed committee in a city restaurant at around 2:00pm on Tuesday.
On the other development, his rival group called a counter meeting at the same venue at the same time.
Centring the matter, both the groups locked into a clash, leaving two people injured on both sieds.
The injured were identified as Rahim Uddin and Rafiq Ullah.
On information, police rushed in and took the situation under control. Meanwhile, the law enforcers seized the CC camera of the hall in order to identify the responsible persons, said party sources.
